^Screw buying properties, I am locked out of that market
Logitech Driving Force GT lacks shift paddles, so I made some on a 3D printer. They look kinda amateurish, but will have to make do for now. I may upgrade the wheel in the future to G29/G920, probably the highest I can go since Fanatec and similar stuff is way too expensive. Very nice, though...

This house. It's kind of a piece of junk - however I got it for such a cheap price it really doesn't matter. It was a VA foreclosure, and I'm not sure the VA knew what they had here. The house itself is fairly small at least by American standards, 970 square feet (~90 square meters) but It sits on a little over 11 acres (44,500 square meters). Just the land is probably worth over $100,000 - and I paid just a little over a tenth of that. I even got the mineral rights with it, which is kind of important when you live in natural gas fracking central. I'm not 100% sure on what my plans are yet. I like having large amounts of land between me and my neighbors so I'd kind of like to live here, but I also might fix it up and sell it.
solar

get license to grow hemp
grow that hemp
sell hemp
The house as an office base for workers, basically prints money, build more shelter out of hempblock, literally save the environment and get rich doing it.
My motherboard is z97 era and reports nvme compatibility but this is a misrepresentation as all the 'support' is from OS drivers and the mobo bios doesn't even recognize the drive ...meaning no OS boot.
I had to insert a support module into an official bios rom then flash it but here we are, all working. The speeds are less than a modern board as this era was less pci lanes to the m.2 slot but it's better than my old sata SSD. On a newer board it will peak at 2000 depending on capacity use.
I use an Asus G75VW laptop, and if you're unfamiliar with it, it has the worst rubberized finish to ever exist on the planet. Doesn't pick up fingerprints easily, but picks up dust like a mofo, which is the most annoying thing ever.
Anyway, the mouse buttons are each covered with a rubber skin, and unfortunately for me, the rubber skin on my left mouse button decided to come free of the plastic underneath and has caused the button to get stuck in its tiny cutout. As a result, I have had to use the TouchPad double-click as my left click for a very long time now, and it started to drive me crazy.
As a a result, I ordered and got a mouse to use with my laptop. It's a Logitech M171, nothing fancy, but I like the build quality, the feel, and the fact that's it doesn't have a visible light for the sensor (Invisible Optic or something). I don't use mice much, but I like this one.
I use the same mouse as the legendary RedLion? My greatness is guaranteed!
Yeah, having had the opportunity to use it frequently today, I've noticed that it's on the smaller side. My hand can nearly completely cover it!
I was too lazy to take my own image, but this is what I bought
