Sabertooth X58 random overclock failed and memory issue

When I received my replacement Sabertooth X58 where the last also had the same issue as well I noticed my ram was tight fitting it into the slot. I was experiencing trouble getting the board plus slot to detect the ram. I really had to play with the ram wiggling, applying pressure and reseating to finally get the board to detect 6GB in tri channel. I really had to play around to get the last 2GB stick for 6GB total, slot A1 seemed most finicky.

Second issue or non-issue is that randomly the board will decide not to post, usually on a cold boot then when I press reset I'm greeted with an 'Overclock failed! Press F1 to enter the configuration or F2 to reset to defaults" but my overclock is stable because I ran Prime95 and Intel Burn test without stability issues or crashes. I play games and use emulators just fine without stability issues or crashes.

Well it does that no matter how stable the overclock. I just read even those with stock clocks have received that message lol. The Sabertooth X58's were pos and poor quality and if there is someone that got one and used it to this day without issues he is a lucky sob. I've had two fail so far and the replacements are sketchy due to the ram slots.

The OC is stable. I can game, run Prime95 or Intel Burn test without stability issues or crashes and the system is very responsive. The bios is just glitching out and it only occurs on cold boot if I switch off power to the psu.
