I have bought a DELL Inspiron 15z 5523 laptop.

It has 2 GPUs. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000 and nVIDIA GeoForce GT 630M 2 GB.
First, I can run pcsx2 very very fine and without problems or lagging.
I have problems playing Playstation 1 game on ePSXe.
The first problem is with the D3D plugins.
- My screen recommended resolution is 1366 x 768, when I run ePSXe using D3D plugins in Full Screen mode at resolution 1366 x 768 same as my screen's, now when I press ESC to exit the emulator it takes a while before it exits and when I click Run > Continue to resume the game, the game is very very slow.
- But when I run the emulator using Pete's OpenGL2 2.9 plugin in Full screen mode with the same resolution and when I press ESC to exit, it exits immediately and when I click Run > Continue to resume the game, the game runs normally as it ran before.
See in the video.
Also when I run some games using "Pete's OpenGL2 2.9" plugin, the game lags a bit during playing every one minute.
Is this really a hardware problem or Windows 8.1 issue?
I have heard that Windows 8.1 has got issues with DirectX because when I play a Windows game in a resolution that is different from my screen resolution, Windows shows low memory error message.
This sounds very bad to me and forces me to try ePSXe on Windows 7 but Windows 7 is very difficult to install on my laptop as it is an UEFI-based system.
