Urgent Help Needed emulating HITMAN Alpha controls

I received a copy of the new HITMAN Alpha on my Windows 7 (Yeah, you can ask me about the game). Sadly as I launched it, the game informs me that I must have an XBox 360 compatible controller installed. But I have no gamepad right now and the game being an Alpha will expire in a few days. And I can't go buy a gamepad for other reasons.
I know that you can emulate XBox 360 with XBox 360ce but that's only for emulating gamepad=>XBox360 controller. Is it possible to do so for Keyboard=>XBox 360 controller ? Someone a long time ago told me that he managed to run Dungeon Crawlers that way by fooling his game into thinking that he's got a gamepad installed while he's actually using V Joy combined with XBox360ce to make his Keyboard input apear as a gamepad.
I tried configuring it but it with V Joy but HITMAN Alpha still detects that I have no XBox360 compatible controller installed. Can you post a step-by step guide on how to do this ? The idea is to first make V Joy emulate a virtual gamepad (no gamepad actually installed) and map the keys to Keyboard buttons. Then make XBox 360ce emulate a virtual XBox 360 controller to map its keys to that previously created gamepad (via V Joy). Thus you get: Keyboard => Gamepad => XBox 360 controller. I need the step by step guides please.

Thanks.

Yeah I tried it on Sniper Elite 3. It works. But when I launch HITMAN Alpha, it says "You need XBox 360 compatible controller to run...; press Y to continue." Btw, the game allows Keyboard but every second that message keeps coming up. Anyway to modify the DLL files to support Keyboard and not ask for controller ? Someone at warez sites did this, BUT I'M playing the game LEGALLY. I can't download and try that...

When you open x360ce, does it see your virtual controller?

If you just want to get past that message, you might not have to make an x360ce profile with all the accurate gamepad settings, which will save some effort. You're still gonna have to figure out which version of the xinput dll this game looks for.

The pinned threads should have everything you need to figure out x360ce (I'll admit it's a bit overwhelming though.)

If I was you, I'd get the 64 bit version of x360ce and have it generate the 64 bit xinput1_3.dll first....but that's a guess.

Wait... I just found out that keyboard layout of HITMAN has nothing more than WASD movement. So I want to stick with the XBox controls. I managed to get that message away with a different DLL. But the problem is that the game still doesn't respond to X360ce controls which I'm using in combination with V Joy. It seems HITMAN Alpha doesn't respond to X360ce at all. Is it because of being and undeveloped Alpha version ? But there should be a way. Maybe switch XBox 360 controls of Hitman to Keyboard controls ? Any way to do that with modifying DLL files ? And no, ini has none of those input, so ini modification is out of the question.
