Im trying load up the game, Armada, but it never seems to work. Goes straight to the music player in dreamcast. Any idea?

64bit version has nothing to do with the number of compatible hardware available. The devs of the emulator usually check if there is any benefit to use x64 instructions and if they're worth the hassle before porting their code, since most emulators started development on x86.

Most likely, for Dreamcast, x64 isn't needed or very beneficial.
