I'm using ver. 2.05

Settings:

Plugin: Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9
Author: Pete Bernert
Card vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
GFX card: GeForce GTX 980/PCIe/SSE2

Resolution/Color:
- 1280x720 Fullscreen - NO desktop changing
- Internal X resolution: 1
- Internal Y resolution: 1
- Keep psx aspect ratio: on
- No render-to-texture: Ï{

- Filtering: 0
- Hi-Res textures: 0
- TexWin pixel shader: off
- VRam size: 0 MBytes

Framerate:
- FPS limitation: on
- Frame skipping: off
- FPS limit: Auto

Compatibility:
- Offscreen drawing: 1
- Framebuffer effects: 3
- Framebuffer uploads: 2

Misc:
- Scanlines: off
- Mdec filter: on
- Screen filtering: off
- Shader effects: 0/1
- Flicker-fix border size: 0
- GF4/XP crash fix: off
- Game fixes: off [00000000]

I'm trying to play all games in 4:3 ratio with black borders on the side.
The problem is that the games like Tekken scale to the fullest capacity my 1080p monitor will allow.

How to fix without using an offset resolution?

set you full screen resolution, then set your window resolution to a smaller X size... you are using 1280x720 full, so maybe set the window to 1080x720... and make sure use window size in full screen is selected.Thei swill keep your monitor at @1280, but change the viewport pete's uses for output.... You will have to experiment to get the right X size to make a suitable 4x3

delete "Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9" plugin, is not needed anymore.

better use "Pete's OpenGL GPU core 2.0.0" (which is included in ePSXe now) and try this settings...

NOTE 1: if you have an non-NVIDIA video card, configure "Gfx card vram" manually.

NOTE 2: if you want to play the games in 4:3 format at 1080p in Fullscreen, configure "Window size" to 1440x1080p and enable "Use Windows size in Fullscreen mode (Widescreen fix)".
