I am using fraps and for certain emulators like, VBA and epsxe it doesn't record unless I go into fullscreen which doesn't really work out because it slows down not only my computer but the emulator as well. Does anyone know how to configure FRAPS so I can record on all emulators?

these emulators have recording functions or plugins with recording functions for a reason.

Yes, I was aware that VBA and epsxe had recorders on them but also heard that they in turn slow down the emulator while in the process of recording.

    A) Is there any way I can make the emulators run at a stable speed while using the built in recorders?

    B) How can I configure them to work with FRAPS?
