Epsx Crashes when loading bios or Game

    Hi All, got a real strange one here.
    I have I7 with 8 gig and Nvida Card
    All other emulators work perfectly
    Just tried to run the latest ePSXe and it fails.
    Basically the program runs on screen but if I run the Bios or an ISo the program crahes.
    Ive copied the contents of epsx folder to another machine, reset bios locations but using all the smae files and it works perfectly
    Im using windows 10 on both machines
    Got the latest dot net installed
    The VB6 runtime
    and the Microsoft ditributables
    Really cant understand it at all
    Does anyone have a list of all the depenancies the the program uses or has anyone come across this before,
