Hello guys! I finally got around configuring the emulator for FFXII. The game runs flawlessly. I usually get 45-75 FPS.

    Here are my specs:

    Dell XPS 1330
    Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.20GHz
    RAM: 3GB
    Hard drive: 160GB @ 7200RPM
OS: Windows Vista - Ultimate SP1
    ___

    PCSX2 - PCSX2 0.9.5

    Config (Menu): ->
CPU -> All boxes CHECKED and Frame Limiting: Normal
Speed Hacks -> 2 boxes checked: "Disable Forced ABS" & "Tighter SPU2 Sync"
    -
    Graphics: GSdx10 (MSVC 15.00, SSe2) 0.1.4:
Resolution: Windowed | Renderer: Direct3D10 | Interlacing: None | Aspect: 4:3 | D3D Internal Res: 800x600 (Native is UNCHECKED) | Texture & Enable NLOOP are both CHECKED
    First Controller: SSSPSX PAD 1.7.0
    Sound: P.E.Op.S. SPU2 1.9.0:
(General Settings): Volume: 2: Medium | Reverb: 0: No Reverb | Interppolation: 0: None
    (Misc): All boxes are UNCHECKED
    CD/DVD: Linuzappz ISO CDVD 0.7.0

FFXII is very demanding, and it runs great. However, when I run Gran Turismo 4, its slow and choppy and I average around 10-20 FPS. Could someone chime in and help me with my situation?

Umm... for Speed Hacks, try ticking "Disable Forced ABS" and "EE/IOP Sync Hack" instead.

Ideally... head on over to the GSDX thread and grab GSDX 0.19.
That's about as much as you can do with that machine. I'd think that you need an even more powerful one to run GT4 even normally, since that game is very demanding.

Oh, and this is the wrong section. The PCSX2 section is down there. Please look more carefully next time? :)

@ fadingz, is this how you treat newbies? I'm not a thread thief why don't you suggest something helpful instead of giving me a garbage reply.
