It seems it detects wrong on the Audio (PAL,NTSC) on Digimon World.
It plays everything in 50fps, while ePSXe 1.9 SPU plays it 60(correct).

I have no idea why, it´s NTSC, i even checked that ePSXe detects it correctly.
I prefer not to use ePSXe as said before, latency is so much higher.

    EDIT:

It seems it´s some collision between the internal fps limit and the SPU plugin.
If i disable the FPS limit, it goes above 50fps.

Weird if the limit is at 50 only when using other SPU plugins except ePSXe, well it´s solved at least.

So far the only problem I'm having with this sound plugin is when I play Megaman X4. (Ive only tried about 18 games with it so far since I just learned of it recently) Overall I really like it so far and recommend it.

It lags and the music and sound skips. I have tried more settings than I care to know to reduce it and multiple versions/released of Dsound.

Megaman X4 works 100% perfect sound and performance wise with the ePSXe SPU core 1.90 plugin but no matter which version of Dsound I try I get that specific issue with the game. I got the same exact issue with the Eternal 1.50 sound plugin as well only it was a bit less skipping and lag.

I would actually like to get the Dsound working with it because it sounds alot better to me.

    Don't we all..

If what one of the posters mentioned a while back is true, then Shalma is no longer alive.

Based on what, unsubstantiated rumors with no backing whatsoever? I doubt he kicked the bucket, he's no longer involved with anything emulator-related. No evidence, refusal to believe.

I cant find anywhere the svn releases. Can someone, if have it, upload the files? I am searching for a specific svn, , the svn 5, but if you have more of them, please upload them.

Anyone here that have P.E.Op.S. DSound PSX SPU v1.10b SVN 7?

Changelog from EmuCR (only one I could find)

    Code:
    - New ini system (per emulator)
    - User guides written
    - Expert options (tweakable customizations)
    - Phantom pad engine using Dekker's Algorithm (erase echos - see expert options)
    - Redesigned to work on nearly all sound cards (works on 1990s systems with 4x cdrom drives)
    - Misc (real author names, optimization juggling, else)

I've been trying to find this everywhere and all links for it are stone cold dead.

    Thanks in advance!

    I got a problem I can't seem to solve.

I'm using the latest version of P.E.Op.S. DSound and I got annoying pops and very short sounds loops that seem to come from previous levels and actions made in the game, Crash Bandicoot 3 for example have this quite a lot when you play it.

I have tried what have been mentioned here in this thread, tried various settings and configurations but it doesn't go away.

It get's even worse the more I try to solve it.

    I use XAudio2 since I'm on Windows 8.1.

I'm pretty desperate, what are the absolute best settings/configuration for this plugin if there even is one?

    Thanks in advance!

I had the same problem. But i "solved" shifting the driver to 'XAudio 2 - stereo". However a new issue has appeared and now the sound just break a bit.
This is frustrating. Anyone can help me with that?
