That beer last night sure hit the spot for me .

I have plenty of beer in my fridge. Could go for one now, but it's 6 am and probably not the best time, haha. (It's five o'clock somewhere?)

What they did discover, was that those who drink a lot of beer, also tended to not exercise as much, and have a generally unhealthier lifestyle.

Wasting your time with those 50 situps.
5-8 reps at heavy weight for muscle building.
8-12 reps at median weight for muscular hypertrophy.
If you can do any more reps than 15 then the weight is far too low to be of any use outside acting as retardedly inefficient cardio and injury causation.
If you can do 50 situps already, then do you honestly expect to increase your muscle size by just doing more?
tl;dr, stop doing 50 situps per day and just run more. Weighted leg lifts and weighted situps are alright but increase the weight to maintain rep ranges and sets, bodyweight is dumb and nogains
You don't see weightlifters using 1kg weights from weightwatchers or doing 100 situps like a schoolboy. Lift heavy or don't lift. Wasting time and effort is noooo gooood
Not to mention situps jack up your spine/back.
Yeah, they are stress heavy on both.

I feel like a kid at christmas with all this free time.
Come this October, I'll have a stack of high society to play with to make the second. Poker is kicking back up and I could probably squeeze 10 grand out in 3 months if things go well in the mid micros. Depends how solid the games are after black friday last year. No gym close by and no weight lifting equipment, I just hug a watermelon when I do situps.
I will definitely run more once the thunderstorm leaves and the wind stops.
I can only jog around the backyard in coat these few days.
Sit-up is the only thing I know.
There are definitely other exercises I can do in door, I just don't know :x
I do some basic yoga, but that doesn't count as exercise, I guess lol

And I'm only partially joking, as I read that sex is supposed to be quite effective way to "exercise"... So there you go guys, the next time your gf is having a diet, you can offer to "help" her with it!:lol:
