What is your video card ? and your Dolphin configuration ?
My PC is less powerful than yours in CPU & RAM but I'm running it at full speed

Integrated graphics = bad for GPU intensive emulators.

...ffff so does that mean I'll never be able to play it at full speed unless I open my laptop? :(

Snes, N64, GBA, etc emulators will be fine. PS2 and Gamecube? Not really.

It makes sense, what he basically said is that integrated graphic cards are not good for gaming, specially for Dolphin and PCSX2, which require a "moderate" graphic card to run.

Sadly integrated graphic cards are not even "moderate", they plain suck. Sorry mate, time to upgrade. (Note: Laptops are not even good for gaming, so you probably have to build a new PC if you want playable speed with Dolphin and PCSX2).

I can get playable speed with most games, it's just super mario sunshine and super smash bros melee that hit me really hard. ff..

    Parts aren't fast enough.
Just as PC games run with different requirements, so do games when they are emulated.

Your hardware is not sufficient for those games. Upgrade your computer.

I suspect it's the processor holding you back in SSBM but if you had a decent processor, the speed increase would be fairly meaningless due to the bad graphics chip not being good enough to ensure consistent framerates.
