    is extremely good.

Why does it sounds so good ?
Do you have any idea on how to make other emulators sound like Xebra ?

Plugins and other emulators are far from giving the same satisfaction :D

Because it's a non-plugin based emulator which is focused on accuracy rather than speed/graphics such as ePSXe.

Is there something that prevent plugins to be as good as xebra ?

Not that I know of but most plugins do not focus on accuracy. There are exceptions however such as gpuBladeSoft. But it's only for video - audio will still suck. I do not know a good audio plugin.

AmiDog's GPU plugin also focus on accuracy and it's even more accurate then gpuBladeSoft (http://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/PS1_Tests), although it falls behind in the configuration/settings department compared to gpuBladeSoft.

As for sound there is only one plugin I can think of that is worth recommending, P.E.Op.S 1.10b
Besides that there is no other plugins to recommend as they are either ancient or dead since long.

The internal sound for the Android port of ePSXe is not too shabby.
